Did you know HUD changed the rules? CLICK HERE  to review Mortgagee Letter 2008-14.
Then, review HUD Manual 4060.1. What does this mean? If you are not a HUD Mortgagee or legitimate W-2 employee of your HECM Provider you may be in violation of HUD regs and RESPA.
