The RMS Course Certificate is granted after you have completed the basic eight hours of training. When you complete your training, you will be member of the Association of Reverse Mortgage Specialists, Inc.
You should have the basic training necessary to identify candidates, evaluate their needs, and apply the correct Reverse Mortgage Product to their unique needs.
The Association does not warrant anything to the public beyond the fact that you have attended the eight hour training and should have a basic skill set to begin to work with seniors. Integrity is a personal issue: it can't be taught and it comes from within. Hopefully, you will use this new knowledge to treat every senior as if they were your own parents. That is part of our code of ethics.

Completing our seminar gives you a limited license to use our logo on your business card and display our logo in your office.
There is a membership renewal fee of $49 annually due on your anniversary date - this allows you to continue using the Certificate, Logo, and offsets the cost of the educational efforts of the association.
We are committed to producing periodic training materials that we will distribute to you via e-mail.
