Nelson is one of the Reverse Mortgage Industry best-known veterans and has been in the business since 1994.  He has helped thousands of Seniors over the years.  He was a member of NRMLA's first Board of Directors.  Nelson is an Industry Expert.  He has been teaching Brokers about Reverse Mortgage for years.  In 2005, he created curriculum for FAMB which is now taught frequently throughout the state.  Recently he authored the ongoing audio series "Senior Money Matters" now featured on iTunes.

Nelson has completed Law School and now holds a Juris Doctor Degree. He has recently taken the California Bar Exam. 
Nelson has special training in Administrative, Debtor/Creditor, Federal Agency, and Mortgage Law.
