Nelson is one of the Reverse Mortgage Industry best-known veterans and has been in the business since 1994.  He has helped thousands of Seniors over the years.  He was a member of NRMLA's first Board of Directors.  Nelson is an Industry Expert.  He has been teaching Brokers about Reverse Mortgage for years.  In 2005, he created curriculum for FAMB which is now taught frequently throughout the state.  Recently he authored the ongoing audio series "Senior Money Matters" now featured on iTunes.

A Tampa resident, Ginny Cooper has 18 years in the Mortgage industry.  In 2004, she became one of the first on Florida's West Coast to originate a jumbo reverse mortgage.  Ginny is a past president of the West Coast Chapter of FAMB.  Ginny educates both consumers and brokers on the benefits of the Reverse Mortgage product.  Ginny is the Association's Secretary and will be a participant in the round Table Discussion.

Charles has been a management and financial consultant for many years.  Holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance.  He is fully licensed member of the National and Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers.  Now that he is  a senior citizen himself, he specializes in helping fellow seniors with understanding and obtaining a reverse mortgage.


Jean Marie (also a licensed broker), works with Charles in the Space and Treasure Coast area of central Florida.  She has authored several booklets about common questions and misconceptions about this product.  Jean Marie processes a mean loan and will teach the course about taking a great application!
